Oculus areolae

Oculus Areolae is a pendant-sculpture inspired by the anatomy of the nipple, translated into a luminous, alien-like lens form. Its circular core recalls the intimacy and softness of the areola while the surrounding lattice stretches outward in a melting, almost liquid topology. This intricate mesh captures a tension between tenderness and strangeness—velvety familiarity meeting speculative abstraction. As with all pieces, its structure is driven by computational logic, allowing the form to dissolve, taper, and re-solidify in ways that feel organic yet impossible by traditional methods.
