Linguae vitreae

Linguae vitreae is an organic sculptural composition that frames a fragile glass body through a system of tongue-like forms. Conceived as a living structure, the piece explores contact, care, and tension between rigid matter and soft gesture. The red elements behave as an attentive organism, wrapping, supporting, and responding to the glass core, while flowers and vegetal matter introduce temporality and vulnerability. Situated between sculpture and speculative biology, Linguae vitreae reflects an ongoing investigation into body-led design, presence, and the dialogue between artificial form and living systems.
